1 pound of ground steak
Boil noodles until half done and rinse. Cut onions, peppers, garlic and celery small. Open cans. Brown meat in oil, add vegetables and cook until wilted. Remove from fire. Add all other ingredients and mix. Put in baking pan, cover with cheese slices.
Bake one hour slowly.
This serves 6, double for 12.

1/2 pound onions
Several garlic cloves
1/2 bunch of celery
Jar of green olives and juice
1 can mushrooms and juice
1 large can Arturo sauce (spaghetti sauce)
1/2 can tomato soup
1 can tomato sauce
1 1/2 package of wide noodles
3/4 pound of cheese
