More university students streaming in from Ancon station. I was located in the corner nearest the PanAm building burned the day before. A Cuban sniper with Trecer Partido Nationalista was shot later this day on top of the PanAm building, one in a hatch in the Zinc roof of the buildings in the background, and one from the copula seen on the skyline. These were all shot after we took fire all day and done as a 2 minute fusillade planed to be completed the moment we were given the "fire when fired upon" order and before the Colonel in charge could resend the order. My personal opinion was he "only had one oar in the water" and would have caused a real disaster in a firefight. My futile hope is he was cashiered from the service.
