I moved here into the lower apartment nearest the camera in early 1946. (See map) This is where I got an infection that made me break out in boils for several years - as many as 20-25 at a time. Also learned I was allergic to sulfa drugs. I was burned while we lived there by scalding percolator coffee and grounds.
Dale Cockle informs me he lived there around 1946.

Dave Furlong (excerpts) - "I lived there from 1961 to 1964 (ages 12 to almost 16, 6th into 10th grade), and my family lived there for a couple more years after that. George lived there in the 30s
I had three different bedrooms there...the middle back room, between the kitchen and the bathroom, and later to the left of the front door (my dad divided the front area into three rooms; my bedroom door was off the dining room, and two of my little sisters had the new front corner bedroom room where you've marked the X). Later my dad built me a room under the house, and I used the maid's toilet and shower."
