21 The orbital sander reaches right to the wall and in corners. It is lighted for better viewing.

22 air filter mask is critical

23 The vacum draws 97% of the dust. Cost: over $1000!

24 Stain wipe is sponged on and wiped off. This is a critical step requiring great skill and a critical eye

25 Staining takes about 3 hours and must dry for 2 hours before sanding with 180 grit paper to remove grain raised by the stain

26 Brackets are done last

27 After the stain is dried

28 View down after the stain

29 After the first two coats of polyurathane. Between each coat the coating is buffed with 180 grit.

30 The other side with brackest on and painted
